Cular Technologies was founded by Dr. Stefan Cular to lead into the new era of measurements based on photonic and frequency measurement principles. The company turns measurement concepts into instrumentation where noise, drift and stability decide the result. We design the electronics, the mechanics and the firmware together, and we verify them against the measurement they exist to make.
